It was obvious that this crew was experienced and knew what they were doing. When they discovered a logistical problem with one of the placements, they suggested an alternative location that I may, in fact, set up with this company in the near future. They also were good at keeping the debris at a minimum and cleaned up the house once they were done. I love the "new" look, with natural light bringing much-needed life into my home in the daytime and a safety measure at night with the dim night-light feature. A great product and well worth the price!

I had Northwest Natural Lighting replace my 25 year-old solatube and install a solar attic fan. Jake and Anthony did a great job on the installation and protected our front door and wooden floor. In addition, they both listened to me with some of the additional instructions I had for them, which is so rare these days. Both of them had good attitudes which made it easier and much more pleasant for me. Would I use this company again, without a doubt.

Our 24’x16’ west-facing deck was too hot to enjoy in the summer, but NW Natural Lighting completely changed that. Jack gave a quick, clear estimate, and the install was done fast and professionally. Nate made sure everything met their high standards, and we were always kept in the loop with texts. Now the shade keeps our deck cool and comfortable—and it looks like it’s always been part of the house. Highly recommend!

This company did a wonderful job on a difficult install of a retractable screen door. Though it took 3 trips to get it right, the end result is perfect, and the company refunded my purchase price because they felt my experience did not reflect the customer service they want to provide. I would definitely use them again.

I was hoping you would ask. We are very happy with our new awning. The people I dealt with were polite and respectful. From the salesman, Russell to the installers.. On top off all the nice people, the awning is beautiful. We are delighted. It leaves the deck bright without leaving it hot.

NW Natural Lighting offers a variety of products for the home. I was mainly interested in motorized screens for my patio. The salesman gave me in-depth information about their product and had good suggestions for my patio.
I was impressed with their quick response to my inquiry. The screens they suggested are perfect for my use. They are well built and of high quality. I highly recommend this company.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Every single person I interacted with from NW Natural Lighting was wonderful. Superb communication throughout the entire process from initial quote through final install. The office staff, sales rep, measurement technician, install technicians all did a fantastic job. There was one small hiccup in the process that was handled seamlessly. Nobody is paying me to write this review, I'm just that satisfied with my experience. The end product (three exterior motorized shades) turned out wonderfully.

We have a large 24’x16’ west-facing covered deck that was mostly unusable in the summer due to the heat and intense sunshine. Jack came out quickly and provided us with an onsite estimate for a power shade, and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with the very quick installation timeline. The installers were efficient and cleaned everything up nicely. Nate was great about making sure that the installation was up to the company’s very high standards. Their customer service is excellent, and we always got a text letting us know when they would arrive. The best part is we can now use our deck, and the temperature is so comfortable with the screen down! As you can see it looks like it’s always been part of the house! Thank you, NW Natural Lighting!!

Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Just a few key words that come to mind when I think about my experience with NW Natural Lighting. Nate provided expert guidance and recommendations when he visited my home for a consult. I was impressed with his professionalism and non “sales-y” approach. I was even more impressed when my screens were custom made AND installed only a little over a week after that consult! Nate had set a more than reasonable timeline for screen build and install, but the actual turnaround far exceeded my expectations - not to mention the final product, expertly installed and seamlessly integrated with my existing covered patio. A job very well done!
